How do I find my bra size?
Measure your underbust in inches. If the number is even, add 4; if odd, add 5. That is your band. Then measure your bust at the fullest part, and the difference in inches gives the cup: 1 inch is A, 2 is B, 3 is C. The bra size calculator does both steps for you.
Which sizes do you carry?
Band sizes 28 to 50, in cups B and C.
What is a sister size?
The same cup volume on a different band. Go down one band and up one cup, or up one band and down one cup. Useful when your exact size is out of stock; the calculator shows yours automatically.
How long does delivery take?
An order reaches you in 3 to 5 business days, and we deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you receive a tracking number by email or SMS once the parcel ships.
What does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders of Rs 4,999 and above. Below that, standard shipping is Rs 300.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Nothing on the parcel names what is inside it. We can also send a photo or video of your order before it is dispatched, on request.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We deliver within Pakistan only.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact, and undergarments must be in their original hygienic packaging. Contact us with your order number to start; exchanges are subject to stock, and if the size you need is out of stock we issue a refund instead.
What cannot be returned or exchanged?
Sale items, custom-made products and gift cards. Undergarments returned without their original hygienic packaging are also not accepted.
How do I start an exchange?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item and the size you need. We confirm availability and give you a return authorisation number and the address to send the parcel to. Full details are on the returns and exchanges page.
How do I pay?
Payment is Cash on Delivery, or online for 10% off.
Do I pay before or after delivery?
With Cash on Delivery you pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Paying online takes 10% off the order.
