- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel must be returned in their original hygienic packaging. Items without proper packaging will not be accepted.
- Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable .
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Approval : Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number .
- Pack the Item : Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Include the RA Number clearly on the package.
- Ship the Item : Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days .
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping charges and any additional fees (e.g., expedited shipping) are non-refundable .
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to confirm availability.
