Returns and Exchange Policy

At Pink Pearl.pk , we strive to provide high-quality innerwear and lingerie that meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth process.



1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel must be returned in their original hygienic packaging. Items without proper packaging will not be accepted.
  • Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable .


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us : Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Approval : Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number .
  3. Pack the Item : Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Include the RA Number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship the Item : Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days .
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping charges and any additional fees (e.g., expedited shipping) are non-refundable .


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to confirm availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
  • Customized or personalized products.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting our support team.
