Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Everything travels by courier with a tracking number, sent to you by email or SMS once the parcel ships.

We deliver within Pakistan only, to all cities.
Delivery times are estimates and can stretch around holidays, weather or courier delays.
We can send a photo or video of your order before it is dispatched, on request.
Returns and exchanges
An exchange is available within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact, and undergarments must be in their original hygienic packaging.

Hygiene rule
Undergarments are accepted back only in their original hygienic packaging. Sale items, custom-made products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
Exchanges are subject to stock; if the size you need is out of stock, we issue a refund instead.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of the item reaching us, to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
