Where facts come from

Claims about delivery times, payment methods, returns and shipping costs are checked against Pink Pearl's stated policies before publishing, not written from memory or assumption. Where a figure is confirmed, it is used consistently across the site rather than restated differently on different pages.

Why sizes and colours are never listed as fixed facts

Stock changes constantly, so no page states a fixed size range, cup range, colour list or price range for any product category. The size and stock calculator and the variant picker on each product page are the only places sizes and current availability are shown, because they reflect current stock in real time; a written claim does not update itself.

Corrections

When an error, a wrong figure, an outdated claim or a broken link, turns up on a page, it is corrected, not left in place. A page is not treated as finished once it is published; it is revisited when something about it turns out to be wrong.

What this site does not do

Pink Pearl does not publish unsourced statistics, invented customer stories, or claims of services the business does not provide. Where a page explains something general, like how bra sizing works, that explanation is checked against how the system actually works, not written to sound authoritative without being accurate.
